Agua Fresca de Pepino (Cucumber Water)

Agua Frescas are popular summer drinks back home. Usually being made with different types of fruits and herbs for a refreshing treat. One of my favourites is made from cucumber and strawberries and is super easy to make and always a crowd pleaser!

Step 1: Cut cucumber in half. Slice 1/2 of your cucumber into rounds and throw into your jug. Cut ends of strawberries off and cut strawberries into 4 pieces and add them to your jug.
Step 2: In a blender add the other half of the cucumber (cut into chunks to fit), sugar, and fill half way with drinking water. Blend together till cucumber and sugar becomes liquefied
Step 3: Pour mixture into jug and fill the rest with drinking water and ice

Super easy right?!? I hope you enjoy this drink as much as I do!
